Richard Binns, Studio Owner and Realtor

Richard is an owner of the Enfield Pearl Ballroom building and Studio. Richard has decades of experience in purchasing real estate, remodeling, renting and sales. He is the owner of 17 apartment units in four buildings in Enfield CT and Ware MA. Richard is a licensed Realtor with Century 21 Advantage and a consultant with Titan Energy NE.

The 127 Pearl Street building was built in 1874 and converted to a Masonic Lodge in 1930, when the ballroom was added. Richard purchased it in 2008 and he and his business partner Anthony have been renovating it and adding apartments.

Oh yeah, Richard and Ellie Binns are pretty good dancers too! Now that Sara is providing the very best instruction, Richard looks phenomenal on the dance floor!
